Hoff is searching for physical retail locations in the UK and Europe. The Spanish fashion footwear brand has appointed strategic retail property advisor Newmark Retail “to support its ambitious national and international retail growth strategy”.
It said Newmark Retail will work with Hoff to secure stores in key target locations including the UK, France, Spain, Portugal and Benelux.
It added that Newmark will “bring [its] vast experience in the retail expansion of global footwear brands, to support its key targets in Europe to meet the growing demand for its colourful collection of trainers”.
The seven-year-old brand “has been one of Spain’s most notable success stories in the fashion industry”, claiming to have sold more than one million pairs of trainers in 2023.
It debuted in London last autumn with a location at 205 Regent Street. It was only the third directly managed international store for Hoff, which began its venture into international retail in early summer with an opening in Paris, and in September, it opened its doors in Lisbon.
Overall at the end of 2023, Hoff had a network of 30 stores worldwide, has 17 points of sale through the El Corte Inglés department stores, and sells in more than 45 countries worldwide.
Ana Mendi, Director, Newmark Retail, said: “[Hoff’s] ambitious retail strategy is exciting to be a part of, and through our knowledge and experience in strategic retail property expansions for brands across the globe, Newmark Retail is the ideal partner to support Hoff’s plans.”
